Ok, okay, so it's technically an anime website. But having been here for so long, and often expressing a need to branch out, I have finally done my first realism piece. It took me all day, and I plan on giving it to my mom when she's home from a business trip. I NEED CRITIQUES!

I'm getting lacquered tomorrow, really early, but I still would like critiques for my next drawing in this tradition. Please help! Thank you!

I know it's not finished yet, but that's just a problem I have when I draw. I never wanna finish them, erasing old lines and dress them fully and all that. Okay since ppl are rly lovely here and I heard a lot of stuff I wanna heard what do you think about this...yeah most of you know I have troubles with my style truing to draw manga and that but you see...

I have been trueing to draw real people..
of coruse I find that rly hard to I stoped...but to day I wanted so badly to draw something so I was like: why not my boyfriend...and for a suprise I was a bit happy how it came out...the BIG problem was and still is his hair T.T
thats why I didnt even finished it....
it was interesting how the drawing came out, and how it came out WRONG when I tried to color it..lol...

Advice on drawing hoods....

Hi, I'm new here... and, um... I'm looking for some critique:

As you can probably tell from the picture above I'm... not really all that great at drawing hoods :/ I was wondering if someone could help me out and help fix the the shape and tell me how the triangles should curve over the hood (yup, she's a white mage) and how it should connect to her collar. If you can help me, thank you very much! And if you can't, well, thank you for taking the time to read this :]

Any other general critique you have for me would be nice as well :3 But please keep in mind that I haven't exactly finished the piece :p
