The last version of Manga Punk used to have a live chatroom, but it was only ever used a few times in the span of about a couple of years. I think that's why she didn't put up another.

I agree..., i think we would need atleast a couple thousand members before ever putting up a chatroom that would be in use everyday

Gothic Apple and Joey have pretty much said it. It would be a lot of work for me to make something that only two people use regularly. Plus, it could lead to site rot without a proper administrator. I wouldn't have enough admins to cover it and make sure people weren't using it for sex chat (which they will).
