Perhaps there could be a Role-Playing Forum? I know it sounds...odd to say the least, but I certainly would use it. Besides, if it didn't work, the worst that could happen is that it would close. There would be obvious rules that everyone followed - no cybering, no swearing, no flaming, etc, etc.
