Second of all, I kind of started a fad at my school of wearing a pair of jeans underneath a miniskirt. That would be good for your hook-jabby skirts because it puts a lot of material between you and the hook. You can also get leggings (like footless tights but thicker and therefore more modest) or a little pair of bike shorts, which are good for tight skirts because they're not bulky at all.

Yeah... Kat basically got all of your options if you wanted to keep the skirts, and Water got the rest of the options if you don't.

My only other suggestion would be to do this weird thing my friend did once that didn't look half bad. If you have a longer skirt, like a pencil skirt, wear it under one of the skirts. It makes it seem, if you can get it right, like it's one skirt with different layers. I'm not assuming it works for everybody, as I've only seen her do it, but it was a rather interesting look.

Also, you could simply rip out both skirts and try to do something else in the left-over fabric, but what would be up to you.

How bout's you cut them up for some kind of crafty-type project or just for rags? You never know when you'll need them.
In Australia (where I am at least) the girls between 10 and 25 would KILL for a skirt that shows their underwear, you can't even buy knee-length school skirts anymore (uniforms are compulsory in Oz), the catholic school kids have to get them tailor made, us government school kids get a third way to the knee if your lucky. There is one girl in my "group" who's underwear you can't see when she moves, and "we" range from 14 to 18.
Most other guys I know agree its inappropriate for school, although some reckon outside the gate micro-skirts should be compulsory, but I'm not one of them.

No, I'm just joking with ya.. actually, you can sew um the ends and sew like a really cute belt on and make a purse! Or you can try to sell it, if nobody buys it, give it to charity/Goodwill/a thrift store of any kind, please. This is fun because there are so many crafts you can do with old skirts and you might like it. Anyway, if you REALLY want to know... you can just google it. lol ^-^
