I sat around one day, and thought about the whole "nice guy", "bad boy" thing. And it made me wonder...What do people think of when they hear those labels?
Well, I can only speak for myself, but this is what I came up with.
I think that some people see "nice" guys as lanky, whiny, effeminate, border-line gay, metro men who watch chick flicks and enjoy shopping. They are sensitive and emotional, scared of cockroaches, and know exactly what color scarf will go with that outfit.
I also think that some people see bad boys as manipulative jerks, who are drunk all the time, don't give a d***, and are still with you simply 'cause you're hot and you give up the goods, not that he hasn't already had the goods of many others.
But, in reality, nice guys and bad boys aren't really that much different.
Some could say that a bad boy is a nice guy that just likes to have fun, and some could say that a nice guy is just a bad boy that actually gives a d*** about you.
I figure that either way, it all comes down to preference and everyone has their preference. Everyone has their ideal image of a good guy/girl or bad guy/girl. So of course, what seems decent to one may be not so great to another.
Just know this:
I rarely saw my dad in life, but he raised me on the philosophy that with girls, you gotta find 'em, fool 'em, f*** 'em and forget 'em.
That is so whack. I don't play that. Now THAT is a bad guy quality.
Now, my mom raised me to be repectful towards women. THAT is a good guy quality.
But, note that my mom also told me not to let a girl run me over like a little b****, excuse my french. Now THAT is something that neither the good guys, nor the bad boys do.
Goodness, I think way too much.
I'll end with this:
Ladies, whoever your guy is, please don't get found, fooled, f*****, and forgotten.
You all deserve better than that. Yes, even the sluts.
Oh, and guys? Don't even try it.
Okay, I'm done.
