Okay, this site (or fans of this site, who can tell) have been spamming us about it rather consistently, so I did a little research and found out that it's a Chinese ran site and I found what e-mails I could for the company. Below is a copy of the letter I sent to them to ask them nicely to stop spamming us. Some of you may think the language is a bit to "light" or "nice", but I'm purposely taking the hight road and let the actions of that site speak for themselves (depending on if I get a reply at all, but you never know).

Concerning the practices of manga.yuedu365.com
Hello,
Recently there have been several posting from/about your site on the site of Mangapunk.Com. Mangapunk is about manga/comics and the creation of such, so I can see how one would assume that there might be a natural connection between Mangapunk.com and manga.yuedu365.com, but anyone making such an assumption would be sorely mistaken.
First off, Mangapunk.com is a community and we strongly encourage discussion and the interchange of ideas. Coming to our site with the sole purpose of merely promoting your site (and with no interest or curiosity in our members’ sites), is nothing but pure unsolicited, unwanted, and unnecessary SPAM. Mangapunk.com is more than interested in learning about new websites that help further the art form of Manga and Comics, but we would like a little respect and decency when told about such a site. Participate in some discussions on our boards, leave some more productive comments, and show some effort was made to check out Mangapunk.com. We’re just asking for common courtesy.
And another issue about your site is that a lot of the manga you host to view is technically breaking copyright laws because these titles have already been licensed and printed in the US. Mangapunk.com is ran and owned by a US citizen, hosted on servers in the US, so at the very least the site is bound by US copyright laws. That said we do understand the cultural differences in people’s opinions about the “legality” of anime and manga shared online and we would more than willing to have a conversation about such, but considering all your site has done is just SPAM us about your site, I really don’t see how any conversation can be had.
So in the end what I’m saying is, if your site wishes to interact with Mangapunk.com and engage with us in intelligent conversation about manga, then please do. But if your site’s only purpose in visiting Mangapunk.com is to troll for more viewers of your site, please leave us alone.
Thank you for your time,
David Doub
