I have recently started Parkour classes, and I freaking love it.
For any of you who don't know what Parkour (also known as Russian Climbing or Free Running) is, check this wiki description out.

I have only had one class, but it is amazing. The half hour warmups are incredibly intense. By the time we get to the hour long session of Kongs, Side Monkeys, Vault Flips, TicTacs etc etc you are already aching all over. And the half hour warmdowns are even more intense, and ontop of you being completely wiped out from an hour and a half of hardcore excercise, you can really feel it building all of your muscles up.
It is the best workout I have ever had especially for the abdominal area.
My abs were fading alot because to be honest I'm a lazy pr*ck. But after only 1 2 hour session I can see and feel them coming back stronger than ever. I feel myself becoming fitter and stronger than ever too.
For anyone who is interested in becoming fitter aswell as having a good time, I definitely suggest Parkour.
It is also an amazing skill to have and could help you alot throughout life.
I doubt if anyone here has any experience with Parkour first hand or otherwise, but if you do I would love to hear about it.
