It hits me that I've never put up a biography for y'alls to really get to know me, so I've decided that I'm going to be conceited. Veeeery conceited.
I am killijoy. It's not a real name, of course, but after all, does anyone here really know each other's full names? ...I don't think so. Of course, it should be obvious that I absolutely ADORE manga and anime (why else would I be here?). My very first manga was Yu-Gi-Oh! (I was little; it's slightly embarassing). The manga that got me hooked on reading all sorts of manga, however, was Fruits Basket. These two spawned my love for reading "backwards books" and in the beginning of sixth grade, I found that I had a slight talent for drawing. I practiced, and practiced, and practiced (you get the idea), and today have my style changed so much and developed new ways of drawing on top of my manga style - it's very exciting. As of currently, I've begun details in Human Anatomy, which I'm going to have to learn sooner or later.
Although I am manga-obsessed, I also have other persuits. When I grow up, I want to be a mortician. I have no clue why I want to work with cadavers the rest of my life, and sometimes it makes me feel a little squeamish inside (I'm going to have to cut up a kitty in Anatomy class in High School!). In the end, if I don't get into an art school, and I chicken out of being a mortician, then I will definitely be working for Gaia Online - my favorite role-playing site. Yes, I role-play avidly, and it's much improved my writing.
I also enjoy sitting around with a notebook and getting into deep philosophical questions (re: the title). I can make arguements for either side, although it is typical that I just choose one side. All sorts of "cases" are argued, and thoughts and sometimes even theses are formed from sheer laziness to go inside and - a-hem - clean my room. However, I feel that forming opinions on large, wide questions will probably faze over.
I assume your eyes are glazing over, so I will take a brief respite. To add on a few more unneeded but awesomely awesome (or awesomely lame), I will include a list:
* I've been on Mangapunk for at least a year now. I'm very proud.
* I have a kitty, and a puppy, and I HAD a koi named Hoober, for all about a week, and then he committed suicide by jumping out of his tank. I cried for a whole week.
* I just learned how to turn on a skateboard I've had for four years. Also very proud of myself.
* I would chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood. (As in up-chuck. It's too CUTE!!!!)
* I don't really have a style. When school starts, I plan on not having a real 'style' then either. Why do we need to label ourselves to try and fit in with a certain 'group'? Why can't we just wear what we want, fashionable or not? Why is it so apparent that we have to conform to some set look to fit in SOMEWHERE with a clique-type subset? Sorry, I prefer having next to no friends, but liking what I'm wearing.
* I enjoy making people's eyes glaze over. *evil snigger*
* Last but not least, I am going to marry Ville Valo, lead singer of HIM, come hell, high water, or his girlfriends/does he even have a wife/fiancee?
Welps, that's all folks! Peace out, and enjoy knowing a lot about absolutely nothing!
