Need artist to bring my concept art to life

i've done the concept art for my manga idea and i would like for someone to really pationate about manga and a great artist to join my team.
The stories great and all just need an artist, anyone experienced and has skills feel free to apply..

It's difficult to make a decision based solely on you saying its good. I know I don't have the time to work on another project right now but I am interested in hearing other people's ideas and I know other artists who have time, are interested in hearing ideas. SO, do you have a short synopsis or something?

it sounds interesting. and as i have no current projects i might be interested. could you give me a plot synopsis? and because i know you will want to know....i am an acomplished artist. I draw manga and anime.
