I can NOT Draw hands or a body!

I realy need help with it. The bodies always come out looking way out of proportion. And I can't draw Five fingers on a hand! It just..Impossible!
Could someone help me?

I've found several frames you can use to get proportions right, like scaffolding, but easier to erase ha ha ha (if only I was as funny as I think I am).
The lady who does the tutorials for www.howtodrawmanga.com has a good one.

This link has a tutorial that shows the proportions of a hand, and how to get all 5 fingers on it.

polykarbon.com has some good anatomy tutorials as well. :)
