Drawing excersizes/tips

Look, I know I said I'd stay off the forums but I'll just stay off certain topics. Anywho, I have no talent and the little I can draw is the product of a LOT of hard work, the biggest problems I have are with perspective and I was hoping that you could put up some excersizes to help develop my (and the rest of the manga punk community's) skills (like the ones i had to do in art class eg. draw a perfect straight diagonal line 5 inches long by joining 2 dots). And not just one's for perspective but for all drawing skills so we can all learn somethin new, thanks

I've tried drawing circles over and over, not very good at it, my hands shake sometimes and a get twitches a couple of times a day, it makes drawing hell, but when my hands are steady i practice all i can (i'm in my last year of high school now so thats not often)
