Title: Platinum Grit
Author: Artist: Trudy Cooper, Co-writer: Danny Murphy
Rating: 10
Synopsis:
This story begins with the stars making a bet between themselves, involving killing off all of the people with the zodiac sign Aquarius. Jeremy (who is Aquarius), works in a coffee shop, and finds out that he has to fight his cousin Dougal to inherit an entire castle. Nils trains him so that he can win, although the reason behind this is probably for her own benefit rather than for his. Jeremy discovers what weapon works best for him, and it is fish.
Which isn't very good against cousin Dougal's sword.
From here the journey goes from match-making aliens to a crazed zoo-keeper that stalks Jeremy, and there's more! The latest episode (15) included the castle, now with the ability to shift rooms by itself, a monster that travels through water, as well as risky experiments involving lots of urine and the neccesity for the word 'anal' to be said out loud.

All I can say is that this comic is EXCELLENT. I started to read it, and I was hooked. Episode 16 is just about to come out, and I am so excited!
Although the style is not specifically 'manga', it is definetly inspired by it. The art is one of a kind.
What is probably the most appealing in this comic is the strange relationship between Jeremy and Nils, which is often very awkward (at least on Jeremy's side) and absolutely hilarious. Nils walks all over him and he just lets her. A third character comes in later called Kate, an old friend of Nils, and she too takes part of this awkward situation, as she deeply disapproves of this.
All in all, it involves some nudity (got your attention now, huh?), and KILTS! To see guys in kilts makes it so worth reading this comic.
So what are you waiting for?
