It's "Denise and I." Here's how you can tell: take the other person out of the sentence to see if it still makes sense.

"Me and Denise got interested..."

"Me ___ ______ got interested..."

Me got interested? I don't think so. ;)

You can also use that to check sentences like this: "Daniel gave presents to Jessica and I." That's actually wrong; when you take out "Jessica," you're left with:

"Daniel gave presents to I."

Which makes no sense. It would be "Daniel gave presents to Jessica and me." And that's how you check! ^_^

But *ahem* yes, Anime Matsuri. There should be sections on registration and accomodations on the con's site. If they facilitate online registration, then you'll probably need your parents to get on there with their credit cards (or to help you fill out the mail-in forms if they don't have credit cards).

Your parents would have to make the hotel reservations separately. As far as most cons are concerned, where you stay that weekend is your business, not theirs. Luckily, hotels hosting events such as cons usually give a discounted rate to guests who reserve rooms specifically because of that event. Getting the discount should be as simple as your parents saying, "May I get a discount as a convention attendant?" when they're making the arrangements.

Not very... I got about 2 steps out the door, remembered it was freezing and ran back up to get into bed... then I slept through from 8am-7pm then back to work at 10pm ^^ good life.

Right at this very moment, I am doing night shifts at a record store. Although it messes up my body clock a bit it's cool because I am nocturnal by nature and plus I get £15 an hour as opposed to £7.50 from working during the day. (That is about $30 an hour just incase any of you didn't know the exchange rate.)

$30 an hour?! That's sweet, kid! You could buy serious pocky with that. xD

Once X-Mas is over I'll be back to £7.50 ($15) but I don't plan on sticking around much longer anyway. And I will definitely see about getting hold of some pocky :) Might be going travelling at some point soon , so will probably be stopping off in the US of A, I'll try find some pocky then :D

I have no idea yet :) I haven't really planned it out yet, I have just started saving for the trips. I reckon I will be going France, Spain, America, Japan and Australia. (Depending on costs.)
