Mmm, calzones. *salivates*
As for the corset, I got one on Thursday. It's all pretty, with black embroidered roses and pinstripes. (I have piccles, but not on the Net, yet.) It's murder to sit in though, because you have to sit up straight, tuck your stomach in, arch your back, and MAINTAIN IT. Not that I mind. I've needed posture training for YEARS now - I hate my slouch, it's so ugly.
I figured out why they invented fainting couches, though. I wore the outfit to a thing at the school - "Dancing with the Senior Stars" - and even got up to dance. It was so hot, especially under the corset! I felt like I couldn't catch my breath after doing this particular dance move, where you grab your friend and jump up and down. (I don't know the technical name, or whatever.)
It's still so pretty - I'm wearing it right now, in school, in fact. Soooo pretty! Everyone commentates. =)
I want calzones for lunch today. Mmmmm. *more salivation*
Actually, when I went to the mall (without my 'questionable friend' - she stayed home) on Friday, I got lots of compliments on the corset. John was there, too, and it was the first time I saw him since the break-up. He figured out I wasn't going to make a scene, or follow him around all hurt, or basically give him the time of day. So then he was all "What? Can't say hi?" And I was like, "You could do the same." And then, all evening, he was looking for excuses to have mini-conversations, or brush up. I avoided all contact, barely looking at him, and fighting off boredom. IT WAS AMAZING!!!
So, yeah, sorry for the absolutely blonde talk (no offense to any blondes, I just don't feel like whipping out such a big word as vacuous because I'm running on minimum sleep). I had minimum sleep last night, and I can't think in a philosophical/smarty-pants manner today. I was up at three, preparing the corset for today. Gaaah.

.:"No time for goodbyes," he said, as he faded away. "It's hard to imagine, but one day you'll end up like me." Then he said, "If you want to stay alive, hold on for your life.":.
