I can't help but love the many genres of music

I can't help but to sometimes appreciate the fact that I use Music as an inspirational medium for writing stories, and creating manga. Because there are times when I experience "writer's block," and when I listen to a song from any of the "playlists," I constructed for being the soundtrack for my stories, the block begins to erode... About three weeks ago, I developed a story that was inspired by "The SpiderWick Chronicles," that I titled "Elemental Ruin." It held many elements that made it similar to SpiderWick at the time I thought it up, while bringing in groceries from a shopping trip, while Rob Dougan's Instrumentals for his song "I'm Not Driving Anymore" got stuck in my head. The concept I started out with was this:

"The barrier that divides the human world from a parallel magical realm is shattered, and the creatures from that magical realm are invading the human world. And of course it's up to a few children to set everything right again... The shattering of the barrier caused some side-effects, however. You see when it shattered, a magical powder spread throughout the world, and infected some of the population... The powder then granted these few selected humans with elemental abilities of which they use to combat, and or capture the magical creatures."

That's just a vague sumarry of the previous plot, and I wanted to make some changes so I sought to ask for help from some of the users on this site. But at the time I couldn't post a darn thing, not even a blog! >.<

But after watching the second half of the last episode of "Blood+," on youtube and listening to the ending theme, my dad sought to find out the name of the singer who sings "With Reflection" from "Origin: Spirits Of The Past." And when he found it, and I was granted the pleasure of listening to the entire song through "Klipsch: THX" Surround-Sound speakers, my imagination created a few scenarios that filled in the holes of the plot that you just read.

What my imagination developed was a demon who was inprisoned in a fiery chamber, sought to destroy the magical realm, and when he discovered Earth, he then sought to fuse the two realms. So upon his escape, the demon stole the powers of the divine elders, and shattered the barrier between both worlds. As the fragments of the barrier spread throughout the earth, it was infused with a few individuals, transforming them into dare I say... Unearthly creatures, and also granted them the power to control the earth's elements. These individuals then use their powers to track down the demon who betrayed his home realm, and proceed to restore the balance between both worlds.

Yes I have dreams, and fate seems to place me among others with dreams like mine.
