A personal favorite of mine is an anime called Death Note. Death Note is about a bored and intelligent High School student, named Light, who lives in Japan. One day he finds a strange black notebook. There is an instruction manual, which states that you must have the person's name and how you want them to die. If you don't specify , the person will die of a heart attack. He writes the name of a criminal he sees on TV. The person instantly dies. Afterwards, he begins to see a shinigami, a messenger of death. He then decides to rid the world of evil, only that he becomes evil in the process.
